Temporary Files

Most Windows applications create temporary files on your hard drive as they run. These files are supposed to be deleted from your computer whenever the programs are closed. However improper shutdowns, program hangs, and computer crashes often leave unnecessary temporary files on the hard drive. Over time they can clutter your hard drive and may cause problems. Cleaning temporary files will significantly improve overall system performance.
