Configuration of an account of mail in Outlook Express
To open the Outlook Express program in our computer (this program settles by defect with Windows, reason why we will not need to unload it nor to return it to install).
Once opened the program we will do the following thing:
We will press in the menu superior on the option â€śToolsâ€?, and in the drop-down one that will be opened; we will beat on â€śAccountsâ€?. (Figure 1)
When beating on â€śAccountsâ€? it will be opened; the following box by day; logo (Figure 2). In her we will have to press on the eyelash â€śMailâ€? and later on the button â€śTo addâ€?, one will be to us; a pull-down menu and we will choose â€śMailâ€?
The following step will be; to introduce the name that we want that one is as sender of our messages. He is advisable to introduce our name or the one of our company. (Figure 3) Once introduced the name we will beat on â€śthe Followingâ€? button
In the following screen we will introduce the email address who other people will use; n to respond to our messages, as a rule will be introduced; the mail account that we are forming. (Figure 4). Once introduced the email address we will beat on â€śFollowingâ€?
Now we will introduce the salient and incoming mail of our servant. We will do the following thing:
We will leave first drop-down â€śthe My servant of incoming mail isâ€? as this, that is to say in POP3
In the text box â€śServant of incoming mail (MGP, IMAP or HTTP) we will write the following thing:
mail.el name of ours dominio.la extension of our domain ex: ctnetsoftware.com
In the text box â€śServant of salient mail (SMTP) we will write the following thing:
mail.el name of ours dominio.la extension of our domain ex: ctnetsoftware.com, that is to say, exactly just like in the servant of incoming mail.
We will beat on â€śFollowingâ€?
The following thing will be; to introduce the name of the mail account and its password (Figure 6), that will be; n the same that we established when creating the mail account from the Control Panel of ours hosting.
In the field â€śName of accountâ€? we will introduce the name of the account that we created in the Control Panel, is due to introduce the name of the account with @eldominio
Ex: For the account of email@example.com mail, the account name to introduce would be firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the field â€śPasswordâ€? we will introduce the same password that we chose when we created the account in the Control Panel of hosting, respecting the capital letters and small letters.

We will again press in the menu superior on the option â€śToolsâ€?, and in the drop-down one that will be opened; we will beat on â€śAccountsâ€?. (As we did in section â€śaâ€?)
This time, which we will do will be; select the account that we finished creating (we will once make click on her and will be; shaded) and to beat on â€śPropertiesâ€?
One will be to us; in screen (Figure 8) the configuration of our account. The last step will be; to mark to the square â€śMy servant requires authenticationâ€?, since if we did not mark it our account will not be able; to send e-mails.
Later we will beat on â€śApplyingâ€? and â€śTo acceptâ€? and our account it will be; perfectly formed.
